WGTX CASH CONTEST RULES

    1. Eligibility: Eligibility for the WGTX Cape Cod’s X Cash Vault Promotion (the
      “Promotion”), like all WGTX contests, is set forth in the WGTX General Contest
      Rules.
    2. How to Enter: Contestants may participate in the promotion by listening to
      WGTX and calling the station’s studio number as the 14th caller when announced
      on air that the station is accepting callers for the Promotion. Those listening to
      the WGTX online stream may be at a disadvantage as the online stream may be
      delayed compared to the over-the-air broadcast. The 14th caller (the “Contestant”),
      if eligible, is guaranteed to win between $50 and $100 and will have the possibility
      of winning the $100,000 Grand Prize. Once the Contestant is on the air with the
      announcer, the contestant will then have one (1) opportunity to provide a 4
      digit number (the “Combination”). The Combination is entered into the
      Interactive Promotions Group “Internet Based Game Server” to determine
      whether the Contestant has provided the correct Combination to win $100,000.
      The Promotion results will be instantly provided to the contestant. All winners are
      subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Limit: Each participant
      may enter the promotion once every 21 days. Any attempt by
      any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using
      multiple/different names, contact information, or any other methods will void that
      participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. Using any
      automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
    3. The Internet-based game server is programmed with specific winning
      numbers that is compared to the number the Contestant provides. One
      combination of numbers is assigned to the grand prize of $100,000. If the number
      combination provided matches exactly with the predetermined, programmed
      grand prize winning number, the Contestant will be, subject to verification that
      they meet eligibility requirements, thewinner of the grand prize. The memory log
      of the Internet Based Game Server is the sole determiner of whether or not a
      Contestant is the grand prize winner. In addition to the Internet Based Game
      Server a sealed envelope with the grand prize winning combination will be stored
      by WGTX. The envelope will remain sealed throughout the promotion period and
      only revealed at the end of the promotion.
    4. ALL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION. A CONTESTANT WILL
      NOT BE AWARDED ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INTERNET BASED GAME SERVER

SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL CONTESTANT’S ELIGIBILITY, HAS
BEEN VERIFIED AND CONTESTANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION
IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS IN LIEU OF ITS
VERIFICATION.
